Chappack-Chappack*

We waded through knee-deep water to reach office today.

Water got into the car and the two ants that were troubling me got drowned.

We gorged on pakodas and endless cups of chai

The clothes simply refuse to dry

Yayy! Its been raining since last night here

Now I hope the boss doesn’t turn up! And Suhaan Allah!

  6. I am so jealous. I so miss those rains in India which gave the reason to skip/get late to work, get completely drenched and enjoy chai with garma garam pakode.
Rain without creating a total mess… Total waste of rainy season πŸ™‚

  7. Hello, what happened to the exercise post? The whole day I kept thinking of a witty repartee and when I came back to post the comment you had already posted a new one. I am seriously miffed.
May be you should stay indoors and exercise. It will save you from annoying ants and knee deep water.

Even though I hate the smell of undried clothes from every clothesline in my house, I just love the rains.

One cup of chai, in the balcony, eased on a comfy chair, watching the rain = = = = HEAVEN, DIVINE BLISS !!!! πŸ˜†
